Indra Gandhi Open University popularly known as IGNOU is a premier open university in India. The university was established in 1985 and its a largest university in the world. IGNOU Distance MBA is one of the top distance learning MBA program in India. The minimum duration of the program is 2.6 years and maximum duration is 8 years. There is no minimum or maximum age bar to apply for the program.
Who Can apply for IGNOU MBA
Candidate should have a graduate degree and have 50% marks for general category candidate & 45% marks for reserved candidate. A candidate with 3 years of experience can also apply for this program.
Open MAT
Open MAT is an aptitude test for taking admission in IGNOU Distance MBA program. It is mandatory for candidate to clear the Open MAT to take the admission. Candidate who has successfully cleared state level MBA entrance exam or other popular national level entrance test like CAT, MAT etc need not to appear in Open MAT.
IGNOU MBA Fee
IGNOU distance MBA fee is Rs.21,000/- . Candidate have to buy or download the application form online. Those who have downloaded the form, need to submit the same along with a demand draft of Rs.550, drawn in favour of IGNOU, payable at New Delhi.
